(Q): Please explain your quality program and policies.

(A): Synectics prides itself on its quality technical people. During the recruiting process we screen candidates for their overall technical expertise and recent experience. We also evaluate candidates based on their consulting abilities. Once hired, our technical management team monitors our employees. We maintain a very active relationship with our consultants.

(Q): Please list method(s) of verifying employee skills and resumes.

(A): Synectics employs a unique three tiered screening approach. First, our recruiting team meets with the candidates to establish overall technical expertise and recent experience. Next, we test each candidate's technical knowledge and abilities, through a series of questions. Once the initial screening is complete our recruiting manager evaluates candidates on their consulting skills. Lastly, we subject the candidates to a rigorous technical interview with a member of our technical management team.

(Q):What kind of applicant Databases does your company utilize?

(A): Synectics' office and workflow management applications are completely automated. We utilize Lotus Notes to manage our candidate and employee databases as well our client's requirements. Items such as management comments and approvals, resume excerpts, and skills inventory are all stored and tracked for each technical resource.
