Network Support

The expansion of the network in recent years has created an increasingly important need for quality desktop hardware and software support, which Synectics has provided since 1997.

Synectics has also assisted clients in establishing their help desks departments. We implemented such ticket tracking and management software as Remedy, Support Expert and Utopia. We organized and staffed the departments with level I, II, and III Helpdesk Specialists.
