  • Responsible for creating project plans and maintaining project timelines for complex digital projects in a large matrixed pharmaceutical company functions.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including business owners, brand managers, project managers, multichannel strategists, external agencies, internal governance teams, and IT.
  • Will maximize the impact of the Social Media and Digital Engagement Hub
  • Ensure consistent tactical digital implementations
  • Act as an integral member of all relevant technical, governance, and planning teams related to specific multichannel initiatives.
  • Manage digital projects effectively and efficiently to meet ambitious deadlines and exact budgets.
  • Design project goals, manage resources, and assess risk in an agile environment focused on high-quality deliverables.
  • Liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance for all documentation and governance requirements.
  • Provide input and advice on ways to optimize projects, leverage efficiencies, and discover scalabilities across multiple workflow's.
Skills: Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience as a project manager managing on digital projects, preferably commercial websites
  • +3 years of experience as a project manager with a digital advertising agencies with pharmaceutical clients
  • Experience explaining complex technical or digital concepts to a wide range of stakeholders and partners
  • Experience working on remote teams and coordinating external service providers
  • Experience with enterprise level content and/or publishing platforms
  • Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory environment
  • Experience working in or leading agile teams, preferable with Scrum Master certification
  • Experience managing relationships with agencies and consultants
