  • Ensure that our customer projects run as efficiently as possible.
  • Managing schedules, assisting in resource allocation and management, and tracking and reporting status, estimating start and completion dates, and identifying risk areas.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Customers.
  • Provide functional support for field resource planning.
  • Coordinate and support customer activation and break fix activity for Managed WiFi and Managed Router Services.
  • Perform a variety of scheduling and planning functions
  • Manage customer delivery dates, status, work logs/comments.
  • Update customer project schedule, adding and removing deliverables, managing dependencies.
  • Monitor execution throughout the project to ensure all obligations are being met.
  • Responsible for monitoring adherence to customer planned activation dates.
  • Recognizes potential risks and acts or escalates appropriately.
  • Proposes alternatives to resolution or mitigation.
  • Participate in customer life cycle management.
  • Provides guidance and escalations assistance to team
  • Maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
  • Actively participate with customers and Deployment teams for support issues and activation.
  • Ensures proper notification and escalation of incidents
  • Liaison between internal teams.
  • May manage basic vendor relationships.
  • Participates in communications with internal and external customers.
  • Provides daily reporting as defined
Skills: Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or similar experience.
  • Experience working with a commercial Project Management system such as MS Excel, Google Docs and Sheets or something similar
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of project management, practices and standards.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Process adherence (e.g., access control approvals, inventory replenishment)
  • Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science)
  • PMP or similar certifications are a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of specific technical products and services in use
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
  • Experience in identifying project process improvements and tracking progress.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
  • Effective at working in team situations
  • Familiarity with emerging technology – Managed Services/Wi-Fi Services
  • 1-3 years of LAN or IT NOC Operations experience a plus
  • 1-3 years of WAN NOC Operations experience a plus
