  • Conduct tasks associated with maintenance and improvements of GMP Laboratory training program
  • Conduct activities required by standard operating procedures and business process for management of training
  • Prepare, workflow and/or approve documents associated with training in an electronic documentation system
  • Schedule, participate, prepare minutes for meetings that support above activities
  • Maintain and revise Role Based Curricula and training matrixes
  • Assist in updates of CV and job descriptions
  • Operate a trainer management program that facilitates training scheduling as well as compliant trainer designation and documentation
  • Support the implementation of training effectiveness by identifying gaps in knowledge evaluation for analyst training.
  • Create and implement knowledge checks for existing procedures
Skills: Qualifications
  • Must have minimum 10-year experience in the management of GMP training programs with some of that experience in support of GMP laboratories
  • Demonstrated experience at management of training programs
  • Must have multi-year experience with Learning management system, preferably Success Factors
  • Experience with Pedagogue, or equivalent application, for the creation of knowledge checks
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in developing of training effectiveness tests/checks
  • Successful remediation of training gaps in GXP operations
  • Experience in presenting training program to internal and health authority auditors/inspectors is desired
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment across various departments, and organize complex information.
