  • Heavy calendaring; travel arrangements; processing expense reports
  • Processing Purchase Orders, arranging video conferences, TCs, and internal /external meetings
  • Maintaining departmental org charts; ordering office supplies
  • Printing materials and helping with preparation for meetings.
Skills: Qualifications
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in all administrative support skills
  • Demonstrated good to excellent skills in key computer applications (e.g., Windows, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, HRG travel Website, Concur, Req to pay and SAP), with proven ability to learn new technologies
  • Must have a positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive- Takes initiative
  • Heavy calendar management
  • Expense processing
  • High levels of energy, passion for job, creative problem solver, proactive and highly productive.
  • 8+ years secretarial / administrative experience
  • College Degree or Secretarial School certificate.
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceuticals and or Pharmaceutical Industry organizational policies and procedures will be an advantage.
