Description
- Assist with the design and implementation of proactive recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Will serve as a consultant to HR in handling the recruitment of open positions and proposing creative and effective talent acquisition solutions.
- Assists with administrative talent acquisition/HR duties including interview scheduling (50%), filing (20%), onboarding coordination (10%), and other duties as assigned.
- Administering and organizing the recruiting process, recruitment policy and procedure improvements, monitoring recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Building solid business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Recruiton entryto mid level roles in additionto interview scheduling.
Skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
- Any intern experience is useful
- Prior work as a recruiting assistant/coordinator is beneficial
- Well organized and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with Google calendars and documents.
- 2-3 years professional experience
- Languages: English( Speak, Read, Write )
