  • Assist with the design and implementation of proactive recruiting strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Will serve as a consultant to HR in handling the recruitment of open positions and proposing creative and effective talent acquisition solutions.
  • Assists with administrative talent acquisition/HR duties including interview scheduling (50%), filing (20%), onboarding coordination (10%), and other duties as assigned.
  • Administering and organizing the recruiting process, recruitment policy and procedure improvements, monitoring recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Building solid business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Recruiton entryto mid level roles in additionto interview scheduling.
Skills: Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Any intern experience is useful
  • Prior work as a recruiting assistant/coordinator is beneficial
  • Well organized and can manage multiple tasks at once
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar with Google calendars and documents.
  • 2-3 years professional experience
  • Languages: English( Speak, Read, Write )
