- To inspire best in class application of supplier/risk management based on external perspectives and effective collaboration, while fostering process excellence
- Deliver strategic solutions that influence the enterprise
- Enables an effective and efficient process for the completion of deliverables associated with category strategies, Supplier Management and Third Party Risk Management
- Provides the analytics and slide creation support for the outcomes from the SS&P Commercial Strategy and Capabilities team
- Contributes another perspective on key findings
- Creates a dashboard that monitors progress against objectives for strategic suppliers
- Supports the development, gathering and analysis of relevant performance metrics, surveys and ongoing supplier reviews
- Supports supplier audits and compliance activities
- Supports the processing of Third Party Risk Management questionnaires with internal stakeholders and with suppliers
- Prepares scorecards to regularly track the total value delivered by SS&P to Business Units and progress against Goals and Objectives; requires close collaboration with matrix team members for data inputs
- Act as a central point of contact with the Global Category Leads for the refreshing of global category taxonomies, preferred suppliers and buying compliance rules
- Identifies key findings from internal buying compliance reports through data analysis in Excel
- Conducts Make versus Buy, Total Cost of Ownership and ad-hoc analyses and provides recommendations
- Creates and maintains an ideation database based on internal and external input
- Creates a newsletter for the Commercial Strategy and Capabilities team
Skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts
- Minimum of 5-6 years of procurement experience or relevant experience
- Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, project management and performance measurement skills
- Experience participating on cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong project management skills are essential
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher
- Proficient user of Survey Monkey for the creation and analysis of surveys
