Support and execute procurement strategies and sourcing activities for CAPEX projects.
Projects consisting of construction of new facilities, expansion and/or upgrade of existing facilities, and process and utility equipment purchase.
Act as an integrated Business Partners, foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to implement project aligned strategies.
Provide deep understanding of the categories market expertise and monitoring of competitive factors.
Act as the “owner” of unit prices and cost structures
Develop and implement best in class procurement and drive end to end execution strategy for the assigned categories according to the TCO approach while ensuring quality, availability and competitiveness for all sourced components and services
Align your strategic approach through your business acumen to the overall company strategy while considering all factors which might influence your categories (economics, alternative technologies, competitors, digitalization, cost drivers etc.)
Ensure the deployment and alignment of the sourcing strategy across the organization.
Drive cost efficiency and performance improvement projects to achieve outstanding results
Create and maintain Partnerships with your suppliers by challenging and supporting them in order to optimize and develop supplier relationship and ensure Best in Class sourcing practices (Supplier Relationship Management programs)
Ensure that strategies reduce risk exposure (operational disruptions, service quality, reputation, etc)
Be active part of project teams to identify, understand, and fulfill the needs
Work collaboratively, with PM’s, to develop a Procurement Sourcing Plan (PSP).
Develop in-depth strategies, for end to end project ownership.
Including sourcing, RFx process, bid process and analysis.
