  • Document control and reporting in an archive environment.
  • Facilitate a document management program covering multiple forms and formats of documents and records related to Global Operation’s business needs.
  • Support management of the repository for electronic data, tools, and reports.
  • Provide information from the Global Document Management System upon request.
  • Support Global Operations’ onsite and other internal customers to assure compliance.
  • Provide support for Global Operation’s GxP audit requirements.
  • Ensure information’s integrity, accuracy, accessibility, security, control, and reporting.
  • Support the development and use of standardized reports across multiple document management systems.
  • Develop and populate reports, as required by the Global Operations Validation and Compliance team lead.
  • Reviews, proofreads, corrects, and amends material in various stages of development as needed.
  • May specialize in technical or instructional material, specifications, procedures, proposals, contracts, etc.
  • Communicates information in written and verbal formats.
