  • Develop and execute on sourcing strategies to identify critical and passive diverse talent to meet hiring needs for various business units.
  • Supporting the Corporate and Inst Services department (financial services, asset service, fund accounting)
  • Key focus also includes providing diverse slate for niche roles, produce and share market intelligence including competitive landscape and talent availability and trend analysis.
  • Work with TA recruiting team to understand hiring needs and create sourcing plans for critical open positions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to source qualified candidates on a proactive basis
  • Utilizing variety of platforms to direct source (passive) candidates
  • Creatively leverage Social Media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, employee referrals, and internet Boolean searches to network and build professional network
  • Handling average of 30 requisitions – but could be in various stages.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience and ensuring candidates are effectively pre-screened before presenting into the recruitment process with the key stakeholders
  • Consulting, advising, keeping them up to date and in the loop on the status of reqs
  • Work independently to develop and maintain candidate flow and pipeline
  • Create and update talent pipelines to reflect where candidates are in status as it relates to future hiring needs, follow ups, etc.
  • Track and maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the database
  • Track and maintain contact with existing talent pool to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and brief them on potential current and future opportunities.
Skills: Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 8+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with the ability to meet predetermined metrics
  • Prior experience in the staffing industry or Corporate TA
  • Experience with proactively utilizing sourcing techniques (e.g. direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Talent Neuron , networking, talent mapping, etc.) to identify passive candidates
  • Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Technology, wealth/asset management, or corporate recruiting,
  • Able to demonstrate how they take an consultative approach with a data and analytical mindset upper level management.
  • Some HR coordination experience and admin work,
