  • Providing HR operational and administrative support for employees as an administrator of core HR processes
  • Working closely with stakeholders, employees, managers, vendors, in-country HR and recruiting teams in United States, Canada, Asia-Pacific, Poland and other European countries to process data related to the hiring and onboarding and background checking processes
  • Area of support including: Workday system hire, background check for candidates globally and various on-boarding activities such as I9 (E-Verify)
  • Ensuring appropriate and timely completion of all required system steps, document preparation
  • Taking part in HR projects
  • Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
