Attend project meetings, provide communications consulting, create and maintain communication plan, executive on daily communication activities, create email content, PowerPoint content and other project communication materials, use communication system to build emails and schedule execution of emails, share project updates as it pertains to communications, build rapport with leaders and act as a liaison to other communication teams.
Support the development of communications plan with stakeholder and change management aspects related to the Business Acceleration team oversight of Zephyr project and transformation efforts in line with Global Operations and Services overall strategy campaign.
Partners across the Global Operations and Services business to ensure stakeholders and employees remain interested, informed, connected, and inspired by key content and messages.
Responsible for creating a communications plan with customized communications and materials, to meet stakeholder needs.
Provides support to key, senior leaders and writes associated communications plan for them to engage with their respective functions and drive project
Sits on the project meetings to represent business communications and support best practice execution, including transformation project support
Supports project meetings including logistics (virtual), content and other coordination tactics
Builds creative assets to support project efforts – infographics, ppt presentations, etc.
6-8 years’ experience in a corporate communications, employee communications or related internal comms-focused role

Experienced with Microsoft office products
Understanding of remote meeting tools like Teams or Zoom
