- Review and import records to Teams sites, SharePoint, Apro
- Assist in data management - getting information into systems in a more effective/efficient way
- Restructure and organize data to allow for data analysis and accessibility by multiple users
- Work with our team to help develop documentation and processes for our mobility program
Skills:
Qualifications
- Understanding of principles of data organization across multiple systems and sites
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and management solution database
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skill level
- High level of computer competency
- Ability to work independently
- Global Mobility experience a bonus
- Organized and analytical, has strong communication skills, is comfortable with information systems, and thrives in a fast-paced, environment working with a wide range of people.
- Keen attention to details
- Knowledge of technology - how to pull and enter data into teams very important (cloud based tools)
