  • Responsible for a portfolio of brands Production Budget.
  • Monitor, manage and provide regular updates on campaign/project financials.
  • Partner with brand, Engagement strategy and Planning Leads to gather project scope, draft creative briefs and other necessary requirements documentation to ensure a successful kick off.
  • Enable seamless execution of omni-channel tactics/campaigns, aid in the prioritization of campaigns and tactics.
  • Cross-collaborate on the content planning timing in order to execute campaigns and ensure content reuse.
  • Collaborate with Capability Leads, IT and Engagement Planner to schedule resources and plan executions, provide Production estimates for digital plan tactics.
  • Track the end to end cycle of campaigns and coordinates across the matrix to meet deadlines where timing may be challenged.
  • Support and champion submission of digital material through the Legal/Medical/Regulatory (LMR) review process.
  • Manage and monitor critical steps in the LMR and ECSC (Standards Committee) to ensure a smooth and successful review of proposed guidelines/standards/templates.
  • Collaborates with Business/Brand leads, and Engagement Strategy and Planning team on campaign/tactic plan and provides input on the development of functional plans.
  • Provides digital expertise into the ongoing evolution of customer model by working with Omni-Channel Experience Engagement Strategy and Planning team.
  • Is aware of KPIs and is informed of campaign analytics with Business Intelligence and Analytics to help assess content performance to prepare for course corrections and enhancements.
  • Run status meetings for Brand or Therapeutic area with matrix participants, share best practices with team members.
  • Will learn Tools used to support MLR process, project management, workflow, timelines, finances, etc. and inform improvements needed and in some cases lead a project with IT.
Skills: Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Campaign marketing
  • 3+ years in marketing and/or activation in large complex organization
  • 2+ years of Print and Digital marketing management planning and budget allocation experience
  • 2+ years Project Management experience (PMP not required, but ideal)
  • Familiarity with Agile Principles
  • Tactical experience across digital (Email, Banner, Website, social etc.), having worked with content development teams on pulling through marketing messaging through to customers
  • Experience in championing marketing materials through MLR process in Pharma industry required
  • Understanding marketing data performance and how it informs decision-making
  • Familiar with marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, workflows
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented, accustomed to fast-paced settings
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to write, collaborate on and edit communications and presentations where needed
  • Has passion for the role, shares ideas, brings improvements forward, teaches others
  • Experience managing external vendors, budgets and invoicing including vendor performance management
  • P&L or knowledge of Budget Management required
  • Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios, a plus
