  • Responsible for consultative recruitment of outstanding diverse talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their business and talent needs in order to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented in the most time-effective manner.
  • Collaborate across sourcing, candidate care, and diversity strategy, leveraging critical thinking and influencing skills to resolve complex situations.
  • Focused on creative sourcing methods to identify high-potential, diverse talent.
  • Proactively developing and fostering direct relationships with external partners and solution providers with a focus on building robust and diverse talent pools
  • Adept at building and maintaining a strong internal network with key stakeholders
  • Guiding hiring managers on talent assessment, business/talent risks of hiring certain candidates, and talent assumptions
  • Plan and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to bring the employer brand strategy to life and in order to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in talent acquisition and use that knowledge to identify, analyze, recommend, and implement new processes, programs, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline the organization.
Skills: Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Significant experience in human resources and professional corporate recruiting
  • Collaborative partnership approach and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships, consulting, and influencing hiring managers regarding candidate sourcing and selection, market demographics, and broadening search parameters to improve quality of talent pool
  • Experience in full life cycle recruitment with demonstrated focus on D&I attraction strategies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Knowledge of current networking and sourcing trends including extensive use of LinkedIn and social media channels
  • Highly skilled with enterprise-wide applicant tracking systems such as Taleo
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Current knowledge of employment/labor laws and practices
  • Knowledge of agriculture industry a bonus
  • Experience: 3+ years desired
  • Experience in developing creative marketing campaigns and communications to enhance awareness of company culture.
